Step 2 · OnRamp

The foundation every athlete needs.

OnRamp starts with two 1:1 sessions to assess your athlete and teach our system, followed by three weeks of group classes to put it into action — so when they move into regular training, they’re set up to succeed and stay healthy.

Session 1 · 1:1

Evaluation & Baseline

Full testing — sprint, vertical, agility, and movement screen — to establish a measurable starting point.

Session 2 · 1:1

Results & Goals

We review the numbers together, set goals, and introduce our warm-up and core movement patterns.

Weeks 1–3 · Group

Train the Method

Three weeks of group classes where your athlete puts it all into practice — building the habit and confidence alongside teammates, with coaches guiding every session.

Step 3 · Train & Track

We measure what matters — from day one.

When your athlete enrolls, they get a comprehensive Athlete Analysis and ongoing Goal Reviews. We don’t guess at progress — we track it.

Athlete Analysis

A full performance evaluation covering speed, strength, agility, and movement mechanics. We establish your baseline and set the benchmarks we’ll use to track progress.

Individual Coaching Focus

From the baseline, we build the specific priorities your athlete’s coach will work on — so training is personalized, not one-size-fits-all.

Goal Reviews

Every few months we re-measure with the same tools, celebrate the wins (Bright Spots), and update the plan to keep momentum going.

Clear Progress
