Every Breakaway athlete starts with a Performance Evaluation — a complete, coach-led look at how your athlete moves, how fast they accelerate, how explosively they jump, and how well they change direction. It’s not a workout and it’s not a tryout. It’s the starting line: a clear, measurable picture of where your athlete is today and what it’ll take to get them where they want to go.

Every evaluation begins with the Active Dynamic Warm-Up — the same warm-up our athletes use before every session. It primes the body, reduces injury risk, and lets our coach assess movement quality before a single number is recorded. From there:
